If you love quilts, or storytelling, or Alaska, or all of the above, come to the Thursday, February 1st River and Prairie Storyweavers meeting at the Trailside Center, 9901 Holmes, Kansas City, MO 64131 at 7:00 pm.  Joann Stigall will be showing and telling her stories from her Alaska quilt.  Joann’s presentation will be followed by time for others to tell stories.

Registration for the Chicken Festival is $25 for RAPS members.  RAPS membership dues are $25 for an individual or $35 for a family.

On Friday, January 12, 2018, we have arranged to tell stories at local schools, libraries, senior centers, and Boys and Girls Clubs.

On Saturday, January 13, 2018, RAPS will present a benefit storytelling concert for the Open Door Benevolent Ministry and Food Pantry from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at:

Admission is one bottle of shampoo or canned food item per family.

Gary Kuntz will emcee tellers Anthony Clark, Carol Kariotis, Jim Two Crows Wallen, Joyce Carpenter and Ken Wolfe.
